5MP Camera and 1GB RAM+8GB ROM Memory Android POS Terminal

My name is Andrey, I'm from Moscow, Russia.
Our company name is "ATOL Company”. 

 We are the biggest Distributor of POS-Equipment.

I'm responsible for POS-Solutions, 

 cooperation with Chinese and Taiwanese suppliers, 

 for our POS product range.
We already have a good cooperation with a biggest Chinese suppliers 

 during 4 year and plan to find a new Factories.
Now, we are looking for a new Android POS Terminals (without a built-in printer).
We plan to sell 300-400 pcs in a month (without a projects). If any projects, 

 - Quantity will be much higher.
We already have a good quotation from our current supplier, but price is too high.
Our Team do believe in a good sales of Android POS-Machines near future.

1*LAN Port, RJ11 for cash drawer, 
MicroSD slot for cards, Line-IN/OUT (2-in-1)
LCD Dimension - 15.6", 14", 13.3", 12.1" (16:9 Ratio), 

 with Projective Capacitive touch
Options: MSR and EM-Marine reader 
Terminal' stand should be from metal (aluminum), 

 Body/case of Terminal should be from Plastic or metal
