The United States imposes anti-dumping duties on imports of seamless pipes from Russia

The US Department of Commerce will impose anti-dumping duties on Seamless Carbon and alloy steel standards, production lines and pressure pipes imported from Russia, Ukraine and South Korea, the US International Trade Commission said in a press release on Monday.

The Committee concluded that American industry was allegedly "seriously damaged" by the import of such products. "Due to the positive decision of the International Trade Commission, the Ministry of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping duty order on the import of these products from South Korea, Russia and Ukraine and impose a countervailing duty order on the import of these products from South Korea and Russia," the document said
