The 11th APEC SME technology exchange and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as APEC Technology Exhibition) ended online on April 2. The APEC Technology Fair held the main forum, SME business cooperation forum, low-carbon and green energy to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises forum, released excellent achievements in technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and relevant people gave advice for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
"Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important support for economies in the Asia Pacific region and play an important role in promoting economic growth in the Asia Pacific region." In his speech at the opening ceremony, State Councilor Wang Yong put forward three suggestions: all parties should further strengthen technological innovation and accelerate the digital, networked and intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises; Strengthen policy guidance and encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to follow the path of green, clean, low-carbon and sustainable development; Expand openness and cooperation, resolutely oppose unilateralism and trade protectionism, eliminate discriminatory and exclusive practices, and jointly promote the sustained, healthy and high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Asia Pacific region.
Adhere to the general development idea of "specialization and innovation"
Xu Xiaolan, Vice Minister of industry and information technology, said in the keynote speech at the opening ceremony that the Chinese government takes promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises as a long-term strategy of "promoting employment, stabilizing growth and ensuring people's livelihood", and promotes small and medium-sized enterprises to take the road of "specialization and innovation" (specialization, refinement, characteristics and innovation).
Xu Xiaolan believes that in order to achieve "specialization and innovation", we must do three things well: first, we should cultivate excellence, strengthen the cultivation of "specialization and innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the formation of a coordinated and efficient industrial chain supply chain integration and development ecology through the implementation of "joint action" of large and medium-sized enterprises; Second, we should provide services, do practical things and solve difficult problems for enterprises, give full play to the role of service platform and "small and medium-sized enterprise assistance" app, and organize services into enterprises, parks and clusters; Third, we should cooperate, give play to the role of APEC and other bilateral and multilateral mechanisms, and promote international exchanges and business cooperation among small and medium-sized enterprises.
At the Forum on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the integrated circuit industry, Zhang Bo, chairman and general manager of Xi'an Borui Jixin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., shared his entrepreneurial experience. He also believes that "specialization and innovation" is an important factor in the development of enterprise teams.
Crack the prominent problems under the "double carbon" goal
Low carbon and green are the key words of this APEC Technology Exhibition and a key topic discussed by participants.
At the Forum on promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises with low-carbon and green energy, Wang Xiaoyang, deputy director of the Department of energy conservation and comprehensive utilization of the Ministry of industry and information technology, said that in order to accelerate the green and low-carbon development of industry, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued and implemented the industrial green development plan of the 14th five year plan, and defined the work objectives and key tasks during the 14th Five Year Plan period. For small and medium-sized enterprises, the Ministry of industry and information technology will accelerate the implementation of energy-saving and efficiency improvement transformation and upgrading, select and promote a number of new energy-saving and efficiency improvement technologies, new equipment, new products and new models, and promote small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen the optimization of stock systems, the upgrading of key energy consuming equipment and the transformation of photovoltaic facilities; Strengthen the green benchmarking guidance, comprehensively carry out benchmarking and compliance, encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to focus on their main business, deepen their cultivation and strengthen innovation, and cultivate a number of "specialized and special new" small giant enterprises and single champion enterprises in the fields of energy conservation and efficiency improvement, technical equipment and so on.
