Recently, Beichen Group Beijing Beichen Times Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Hebei Xiong'an Business Service Center Co., Ltd. formally signed an entrusted operation and management contract. Xiong'an Business Service Center International Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition and Trading Center and business hotel will be entrusted to manage Beichen Exhibition.
It is understood that this project is the first large-scale convention and exhibition center in Xiongan, and it is also one of the key projects of Beichen Exhibition Services for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, high-standard and high-quality construction of Xiongan New District, and integration into major national strategies .
Xiong’an New District Business Service Center is located in Rongdong area, and contains complex functions such as business offices, apartment houses, conferences and exhibitions, hotel commerce, etc. It is a pioneer project to undertake the relief of Beijing’s non-capital functions and provide supporting services for the construction of the new district. The Xiongan International Technology Achievement Exhibition and Trading Center and Business Hotel are the first projects of the Xiongan New District Business Service Center, with a total construction area of 129,000 square meters, including 85,000 square meters for the convention and exhibition center and 44,000 square meters for the hotel .
After the completion of the project, it will effectively supplement the various business service supporting functions of the new area, meet the needs of various government affairs and business activities, and better provide support for the comprehensive start of the construction of the new area. The project is expected to be completed on March 31, 2021, and plans to receive related activities on July 1, 2021 .
According to reports, Beichen Exhibition will dispatch a professional and elite operation management team in the future, and introduce high-quality exhibition activities that suit the industrial development of Xiongan New District, to help build the landmark of "Future City" with high standards and achieve a win-win brand.
At present, the number of contracted operation and management projects of Beichen Exhibition has reached 16. based on Beichen's many years of experience in venue operation, consulting, and large-scale event undertaking, Beichen Exhibition has participated in the entire process of Nanjing, Shijiazhuang, Nantong, Weihai, Chongli and other exhibition projects.
