registered capital of 20 million, covering 20,000 square meters.
We have 210 highly skilled employees and a fixed capital of 60
million yuan. We are are specialized in manufacturing forged
flanges with an annual output of over 20,000 tons. Recent years,
we are engaged in manufacturing and marketing of aluminum alloy
flanges with an annual out put of 2000 tons. Our flanges are
manufactured according to ANSI,DIN, JIS, BS4504, EN1092-1, UNI,
SANS1123, BS10, AS2129, GOST12820 standard etc, and we can also
manufacture flanges according to customers' drawings.
We obtained ISO9001:2008 quality certificate and PED
certificate issued by TUV company, all flanges are produced under
these requirements. Our factory is equipped with natural gas
furnace, 18 sets of forging machines, such as friction press,
board drop hammer, ring rolling machine and 80 sets of lathes, CNC
drilling machines, and complete heat treatment facility.
Our chemical and mechanical laboratory are equipped with full
sets of analyzers such as spectrometer, universal tester, impact
tester, metallographic anelyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector,
magnetic defect detector and so on.
Our flanges are exported to over 20 countries, including United
States, Germany, Japan, Russia, Spain, South Africa, Brazil,
