Aluminum Solid Panel is composed of panel, reinforcement tube and angle bracket, etc. Using high quality and strength 1100, 3003 and 5005 alloy as the base material and bending into the flat, cambered surface, spherical and other complex shapes by CNC bending technology.
Al-WinBond Aluminum Solid Panel paint the surface with Kynar 500 PVDF coating. The performance of coating can meet AAMA-2605-98 Standard of AAMA and ASCA.
The Maximum size of the forming is up to 6000mm*1200mm*2200mm (L*W*H)
Standard thickness: 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4 mm
Note: Other special thickness is available according to customer’s request.
