ENERZIP C Series Natural Gas Generator Sets are Cummins-powered industrial gas generator sets designed for standby power, prime power, continuous operation, CHP, peak shavin, and grid-parallel applications. This series covers a power range from 41 kVA to 1650 kVA and is suitable for industrial plants, oil and gas fields, commercial buildings, data centers, municipal facilities, distributed energy projects, and independent power projects.
The C Series uses genuine Cummins gas engine platforms, including CCEC and imported Cummins options depending on model and configuration. Compared with simple converted diesel engines, this series is designed around dedicated gas engine requirements, including air-fuel ratio control, ignition timing, gas train safety, thermal management, and long-hour operation.
The generator sets can operate on pipeline natural gas, CNG, and regasified LNG when gas quality and pressure meet project requirements. For treated biogas or associated gas applications, gas analysis and pretreatment should be confirmed before final configuration.
For industrial manufacturing, the C Series can support long-hour power for textile factories, ceramic plants, plastic processing facilities, food processing factories, and other production sites. For commercial buildings, hotels, shopping malls, and office towers, it can be configured for CHP, recovering heat from jacket water and exhaust gas for hot water, heating, or process use.
For oil and gas projects, the C Series can be used for wellhead power, gas compression stations, drilling camps, worker camps, and field support facilities. For data centers and financial facilities, it can provide long-runtime backup power wher natural gas pipeline supply is available. For municipal and utility projects, it can support wastewater treatment plants, peak shavin stations, grid-support systems, and distributed energy applications.
ENERZIP can configure the C Series with industrial alternators such as Leroy Somer, STAMFORD, ENGGA, or equivalent brands. Controller options include ComAp, Deep Sea, SmartGen, or project-based systems. Depending on project requirements, the system can support AMF start, ATS integration, grid synchronization, peak shavin, paralleling, load sharing, CHP logic, and remote monitoring.
The gas train can be configured with professional components such as DUNGS or Kromschröder gas valves, zero-pressure regulators, double-block solenoid valves, pressure switches, and leak-tested gas piping. Cooling systems can be designed for high ambient temperatures, enclosed installations, or CHP heat recovery requirements.
Available configurations include open type, silent type, weatherproof type, and containerized natural gas generator sets. Open type units are suitable for generator rooms or plant rooms. Silent and weatherproof units are suitable for outdoor and commercial sites. Containerized systems are suitable for remote areas, oilfield sites, industrial parks, and fast-deployment power projects.
