ENERZIP EZ-DS Diesel Double Suction Water Pumps are high-flow diesel-driven pump sets designed for large-scale water transfer, municipal water supply, flood control, irrigation districts, industrial cooling, and emergency backup pumping. This series covers 6 inch to 14 inch sizes and delivers flow rates up to 1440 m³/h.
The EZ-DS Series uses a true double-suction hydraulic design. Water enters both sides of the impeller at the same time, helping balance axial thrust and reduce mechanical stress on the shaft, bearings, and seals. Compared with many single-suction pump designs, this structure provides smoother operation and better long-term stability for high-flow applications.
This series is suitable for projects wher the main requirement is moving large volumes of water continuously and reliably. Typical applications include municipal pumping stations, flood mitigation projects, polder drainage, agricultural irrigation districts, large industrial cooling systems, power plants, refineries, and water transfer projects.
ENERZIP can integrate the EZ-DS Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, or Weichai. Engine power is seleced according to the duty point, pump shaft power, site conditions, ambient temperature, altitude, and required service factor. A properly matched engine helps maintain stable speed and fuel efficiency during long-duration pumping.
The split-case pump structure allows easier internal inspection and maintenance. Operators can access the impeller, wear rings, and internal components without removing the entire pump from the pipeline, which is valuable for pump stations requiring high availability.
The pump set can be supplied with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta or Camel batteries, Sinrui radiators, Kailong exhaust systems, and DSE, ComAp, or SmartGen controllers. Depending on the project, pressure sensing, engine protection, safe-stop logic, and remote monitoring can be configured.
