ENERZIP EZ-SC Diesel Split Case Water Pumps are heavy-duty diesel-driven pump sets designed for high-flow and high-head water transfer. This series covers 4 inch to 12 inch sizes, with flow rates up to 2350 m³/h and heads up to 174 m.
The EZ-SC Series is designed for projects wher both high capacity and maintenance efficiency are important. Its horizontal split-case structure allows technicians to inspect the impeller, shaft, wear rings, and seals by opening the top casing, without disconnecting the main suction and discharge piping. This can significantly reduce downtime in municipal, industrial, and infrastructure pumping systems.
The pump uses a hydraulically balanced design to reduce axial force, vibration, and bearing stress. This makes the EZ-SC Series suitable for long-duration operation in flood control stations, river intake systems, industrial cooling circuits, fire backup water systems, agricultural pumping, and long-distance water transfer projects.
ENERZIP can match the EZ-SC Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, or Weichai according to duty point and site requirements. Engine selecion is not based only on peak horsepower. The pump set can be integrated with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta or Camel batteries, Sinrui radiators, Kailong exhaust systems, and DSE, ComAp, DEIF, or SmartGen controllers. Automatic pressure sensing, engine protection, overheating protection, and safe-stop functions can be configured depending on the project.
