ENERZIP EZ-MF Diesel Mixed Flow Water Pumps are high-capacity pump sets designed for low-head, large-volume water transfer. This series covers 6 inch to 14 inch sizes and can deliver flow rates up to 1035 m³/h, with typical operating heads from 3.9 m to 14.3 m.
The EZ-MF Series fills the gap between centrifugal pumps and axial flow pumps. Its mixed flow hydraulic design combines radial and axial flow characteristics, allowing the pump to move large water volumes efficiently under low-to-medium head conditions. This makes it highly suitable for flood mitigation, stormwater drainage, canal feeding, raw water transfer, irrigation, and large-scale circulation systems.
This series is best used when the main project goal is moving as much water as possible at relatively low head. For example, it can be used to clear flooded urban areas, feed irrigation canals, transfer raw water between reservoirs, support wetland restoration, circulate industrial cooling water, or empty large construction cofferdams.
ENERZIP can integrate the EZ-MF Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, or Weichai. Engine power is matched according to the pump duty point, flow requirement, head, speed range, operating hours, and site conditions. For low-head large-flow pumping, correct duty point selecion is very important to avoid fuel waste and poor efficiency.
The pump set can be configured with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta or Camel batteries, Sinrui radiators, Welling silencers, and DSE, ComAp, DEIF, or SmartGen controllers. Depending on the project, the system can support engine protection, discharge monitoring, dry-run protection, safe-stop logic, and remote supervision.
