ENERZIP EZ-DW Diesel Deep Well Water Pumps are diesel engine driven vertical turbine pump systems designed for deep-well water extraction, groundwater supply, mine dewatering, off-grid irrigation, rural water supply, and remote infrastructure projects. This series covers 4 inch to 12 inch sizes, with flow rates up to 576 m³/h and discharge pressure up to about 1.2 MPa depending on system configuration.

The EZ-DW Series is different from ordinary surface centrifugal pumps. A surface pump is limited by suction lift, but a vertical turbine deep well pump places the pump bowls below the water level inside the borehole or well. Power is transmitted from the surface diesel engine through a right-angle gear drive and vertical line shaft to the submerged pump assembly.

This structure makes the EZ-DW Series suitable for locations wher water is located far below ground level and electric power is unavailable or unreliable. Typical applications include desert irrigation, deep groundwater extraction, ranch water supply, rural community water systems, mining dewatering, geological exploration, construction water supply, and disaster-response water supply.

ENERZIP can match the EZ-DW Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, or Weichai. Engine selecion should consider well depth, static water level, dynamic water level, required flow, discharge head, pipeline loss, operating hours, ambient temperature, altitude, and required service factor. A sufficient power margin is important because deep well pumps must lift a heavy water column during startup.

The system can be configured with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta, Camel, or Sail batteries, Sinrui radiators, Kailong exhaust systems, Welling silencers, and DSE, ComAp, DEIF, or SmartGen controllers. Monitoring functions can include oil pressure, coolant temperature, discharge pressure, engine protection, safe-stop logic, and remote supervision.
