ENERZIP M Series High Voltage Generators are MTU-powered high voltage generator sets designed for mission-critical facilities wher power stability, fast response, and long-term reliability are essential. This series covers approximately 275 kVA to 3000 kVA and can provide direct high voltage output from 3.3kV to 13.8kV according to project requirements.
The M Series is suitable for hyperscale data centers, semiconductor plants, hospitals, airports, heavy industrial plants, mining operations, and large facility campuses. It is the premium choice in the ENERZIP high voltage generator portfolio for buyers who value instant load response, strong transient performance, and advanced engine control.
This series uses MTU engines from Rolls-Royce Power Systems. MTU engines are known for high power density, electronic engine management, fast load acceptance, and long service life. In projects such as data centers and semiconductor factories, these characteristics are very important because backup power must recover quickly and remain stable during sudden load transfer.
ENERZIP integrates the M Series with high-voltage alternators using form-wound coils and VPI insulation. This improves insulation strength and helps protect the alternator from moisture, dust, salt spray, and thermal stress. The system can also include insulated bearing protection, anti-condensation heaters, and project-based alternator options.
High voltage output protection can be provided through HV switchgear with vacuum circuit breakers from ABB or Siemens. ComAp or DEIF controllers can support automatic synchronization, load sharing, grid paralleling, ANSI-coded protection, remote monitoring, and multi-unit system management.
For large outdoor or mission-critical projects, the M Series can be supplied in containerized power-house configurations. A separate high-voltage room can be included for switchgear and control panels, improving safety and separating electrical equipment from engine heat and noise.
