ENERZIP Y Series High Voltage Generators are Yuchai-powered high voltage generator sets designed for heavy-duty industrial power, mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, public utilities, and large commercial projects. This series covers approximately 900 kVA to 3000 kVA and can provide direct voltage output such as 3.3kV, 6.3kV, 10.5kV, or 11kV.
The Y Series is positioned as a strong, practical, and cost-effective high voltage generator platform. It is suitable for buyers who need high torque, wide power coverage, fuel efficiency, and durable engine construction without paying the premium cost of some Western brands.
This series uses Yuchai heavy-duty engine platforms such as YC12VC and YC16VC families. These engines are known for high-strength cast iron structures, forged crankshafts, strong torque output, and practical long-term durability. For mining, factories, water projects, and heavy industrial loads, this makes the Y Series a reliable workhorse.
Direct high voltage output reduces current, cable size, and transmission losses compared with low-voltage generator systems. This is important for mines, industrial parks, factories, utilities, and sites wher power must be distributed over long cable distances.
ENERZIP can configure the Y Series with high-voltage alternators using form-wound coils and VPI insulation. The system can also include HV switchgear with vacuum circuit breakers, ComAp or DEIF controllers, synchronization, load sharing, remote monitoring, and grid protection functions.
Available configurations include open type high voltage generators and ISO containerized power-house systems. Larger units are often supplied with external fuel systems and containerized layouts to simplify installation and improve site protection.
