ENERZIP W Series High Voltage Generators are Weichai-powered high voltage diesel generator sets designed for large-scale industrial power, mining sites, data center campuses, grid peaking stations, infrastructure projects, and modular power plants. This series covers approximately 900 kVA to 3750 kVA and can provide direct voltage output such as 3.3kV, 6.3kV, 10.5kV, or 11kV according to project requirements.
The W Series is designed for buyers who need megawatt-class high voltage power with strong cost-performance. It uses Weichai heavy-duty engine platforms with Baudouin technology background for large models, offering a practical combination of rugged engine structure, high power density, and competitive price per kVA.
Compared with low-voltage generator systems, direct high voltage output can reduce cable size, lower transmission losses, and simplify long-distance distribution across large sites. This makes the W Series suitable for mines, industrial parks, oilfield facilities, data centers, utilities, and regional power projects.
ENERZIP can configure the W Series with high-voltage alternators using form-wound coils and VPI insulation. Alternator options can include STAMFORD, Leroy Somer, ENGGA, or equivalent brands. For output protection, the system can be equipped with HV switchgear, vacuum circuit breakers, protection relays, and professional metering.
The control system can use ComAp, DEIF, or project-based platforms to support synchronization, load sharing, grid connection, electrical protection, remote monitoring, and multi-generator power station operation. Multiple W Series units can be combined for large-scale power plants or industrial backup systems.
For large models, containerized power-house configurations are commonly used. The container can include engine room, ventilation, acoustic treatment, fire protection options, cable entry, and a separate HV switchgear room. This helps improve installation speed, site protection, and operator safety.
