Product Introduction
The EZ-1/3/10 metal wire torsion testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements
specified in GB/T239-1999 Wire Torsion Testing Method. It is a new type of wire torsion testing machine with digital
display and counting developed by our factory. The testing machine has three rotational speeds: 30; 60; 120
revolutions per minute, mainly used for twisting tests of ¥ 0.1mm - ¥ 20.0mm metal wires. The EZ-1/3/10 metal wire
torsion testing machine is used to determine the ability of metal wires to withstand plastic deformation in
unidirectional or bidirectional torsion, and to display surface and internal defects of the wires. It provides a reliable
measurement method for units producing and using wire rods.
Sample clamping method
1. One set of hydraulic clamping pliers. The clamp is designed with 3 additional blocks instead of 2, tightening the
test bar from three directions;
2. Add one set of hydraulic oil pump station;
3. Electrically control the oil pressure, control the inlet and outlet oil, and control the loosening and tightening of the
jaws;
4. The hydraulic valve adjusts the size of the jaw clamping by adjusting the flow rate of hydraulic oil, with a maximum
clamping force of 2 tons;
