Equipment Introduction
The WEW-600B microcomputer screen display hydraulic universal testing machine is composed of a double column,
double screw, oil cylinder, and an oil source control cabinet. The oil pump adopts a low noise and high-performance
gear pump imported from Mazucci, Italy. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression and
bending tests are located below the host, between the middle crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the
experimental space is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, which is lifted and lowered using chain
transmission. Manually adjust the oil inlet volume of the oil delivery valve to achieve material stretching, compression,
bending and other tests. After the experiment, the experimental results of FM, REH, REL, RPO.2, RP1, RM, and
elastic modulus E of the material are automatically taken.
Performance characteristics
1. The specially designed ultra thick jaw seat fully encloses the jaw inside the jaw seat when clamping the sample,
making the sample clamping more reliable and eliminating the possibility of trumpet shaped deformation and damage
due to the shallow jaw seat, greatly improving the service life of the equipment.
2. A wear-resistant lining plate is added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamp plate to prevent oxide skin from
falling in during the metal stretching process, causing scratches on the inclined surface of the jaw seat, making the
clamping process smoother and more secure.
3. The measurement and control software is based on the Chinese Windows XP operating system platform, with fast
running speed, gentle interface, menu prompts, mouse operation, multiple sample information input modes, and can
meet the requirements of testing different materials.
4. Automatically generate batches of samples with the same conditions once input, and can also create condition
templates.
5. The experimental data (experimental force, displacement, deformation, time) and experimental curve are displayed
on the screen in real-time during the experimental process.
6. The WEW-B series microcomputer screen display hydraulic universal testing machine can select the
corresponding points of the test results on the stress-strain, force displacement, force time, and displacement time
curves according to actual needs.
