Product Processing
1).Choose your required wood,then sawn for drying.
2).Drying: kiln dried in kiln for 12-15 days,in order to keep moisture concent
within 13%,avoid cracking,bending and decay.
3).Cutting: sawn the wood into our standard size,or as your requirement.
4).Carbonized + Polished: firing wood 4 sides under 200-220 C degree (every side
of carbonized layer less than 1.5mm), then polished with wire drawing wheel,so wood
texture will be show out clearly.
5).Preservative Treatment: ACQ / CCA preservative,putting the wood into preservative
pool for about half hour then get them out.
6).Drying + Packing: After ACQ / CCA treatment, drying in the air,then packing with
wooden pallet.

Attention: Difference between ACQ and CCA
CCA--Copper,Chromium and Arsenic Salts
ACQ--Alkaline and Copper Quaternary
CCA treatment process is similar to ACQ,but it's free of arsenic.Instead,it uses copper
and ammonium compounds against insect attack,fungi,termites,and wood boring insects.
It's more environment friendly.
Now in North America and Europe countries,government has banned the use of CCA,
except industrial use,so in the future,ACQ will be mainstream of market.
