Our Products Win at the details
1. Our powder coating facility have totally 15 powder spray guns. Ten guns are moving up and down both sides of fence panel. Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed guns for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is manual operating.
2. We will do cross cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.
3. The QC of powder coating checking the surface by spot light is required. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from inspection of QC.
4. Our QC check the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of coating is more than 100um.
5. The package is extremely important for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by forklift.
