二、Process Composition
Lime calcination process:
(1) Metering, conveying and uniform batching of raw limestone ore and fuel;
(2) Lifting and fabrication of raw materials;
(3) Preheating, calcination and cooling of raw materials in kiln;
(4) Unloading, conveying, warehousing and transportation of finished lime.
三、Process Flow
Raw limestone and anthracite are transported to the batching bin by belt conveyor and unloading truck, limestone and anthracite are measured and loaded into the hopper for mixing by belt weighing, and then elevated to the kiln top transition bin by elevator, and then the kiln top fabricator will evenly distribute the mixed raw limestone and anthracite to the kiln for calcining, and then the calcined finished lime is unloaded through the lime unloading machine and the two-section sealing ash discharging machine, and then it is transported to the hopper elevator by belt conveyor and then elevated to the finished product bin, and finally loaded to the truck for external transportation. In the process of calcination in the kiln, the blower blows air into the kiln to help combustion, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by calcination first rises through the raw materials just entering the upper part of the kiln, preheating the raw materials, and then under the action of induced draft fan, and then finally through the desulfurization and dedusting system for desulfurization and dust removal, and then discharged into the atmosphere after reaching the standard.

The system consists of a two-level microcomputer and fieldbus control system. The upper computer is Advantech industrial control machine, the lower computer control core part adopts Siemens PLC (programmable controller) S7-300 system, which contains digital input/output module, analog input/output module, interface module, integrated weighing module, the system operation interface adopts German WINCC human-computer interface software, and the probe scale adopts the intelligent heavy weight type material level meter. The feeding, fabric, ash discharge and air supply systems are controlled by frequency converters, realizing the fully automated production of environmentally friendly and energy-saving lime kiln.
