The Alc block (hereinafter referred to as the "inflatable block") is mainly produced from underground quartz sand, cement, lime, and gypsum as raw materials. A fine porous lightweight inflatable block made by using aluminum powder as a foaming agent, batching, stirring, film injection, pre curing, cutting, and curing at high temperature (180 ℃~200 ℃) and high pressure (10-12 standard atmospheric pressure) within 10-12 hours. Aerated blocks have outstanding energy-saving and environmental protection effects, and are a lightweight new type of environmentally friendly wall material with excellent performance. It can not only replace sintered clay bricks and hollow concrete blocks used in building walls, but also serve as an insulation material for energy-saving buildings, making it an economical, convenient, and effective material to achieve building energy conservation.
