Jiang added, this conference attracted more than 2,000 government and business delegates from China and 53 African countries. These delegates included business leaders from world top 500, China top 500 and Africa top 500 enterprises, as well as experts and professionals from think tanks, universities, and chambers of commerce and industry, heads of international organizations, delegates from small-and-medium-sized enterprises in the fields of energy, infrastructure construction, agriculture, mining, manufacturing, trade, finance, internet, etc.

Chinese and African delegates conducted deep and practical dialogues and made proposals for advancing China-Africa cooperation. These proposals are of great significance in promoting Sino-African mutually-beneficial cooperation in the new era, serving as reference for Chinese and African policy makers and business communities,” added Jiang.
