Chinese State Councilor Wang Yong will pay official goodwill visits to Lesotho, Kenya and Seychelles from Dec. 12 to 21 at the invitation of the governments of the three countries, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced Wednesday.
During his stay in Kenya, Wang will attend the opening ceremony of freight service of the Phase 1 of Nairobi-Malaba Standard Gauge Railway as Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Hua said.
