From the perspective of development and reform work, we should focus on five areas at present and in the future:

The second is to promote domestic consumption. The main purpose is to increase the income of urban and rural residents through multiple channels and improve the ability and level of domestic consumption. At the same time, efforts are being made on the supply side to provide the market with more inexpensive, high-quality, marketable products and services that urban and rural residents need and like.
The third is to promote innovation-driven. As mentioned earlier, in accordance with the requirements of the Fifth Plenary Session of the “Revealing the List and Taking Command” mechanism, we will focus on the blocking points and stuck points that affect the long-term energy security, the long-term food security, and the long-term security of the supply chain of the industrial chain. We will implement major projects to tackle key problems and strive to be timely. Advance to provide the market with better, high-quality, and reasonably priced products.
The fourth is to promote and deepen reforms. Deepen the reform of “delegating management and service”, centering on accelerating the construction of a market-oriented, legalized, and internationalized business environment, put forward targeted reform measures, and implement them one by one, so as to create an environment for the better flow and allocation of market elements . At the same time, it will further stimulate the vitality and motivation of market players, and enhance the development capabilities of market players.
The fifth is to promote wider opening up. Steadily promote the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, and strive to make new major progress by 2025. At the same time, it is necessary to promptly summarize and promote the experience and practices of the national opening-up platform represented by the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone to promote the country's opening up to a higher level.
