As of the end of March, 83528 new market entities have been set up in Shaanxi Free Trade Zone

On April 7, the Shaanxi Provincial Government Press Office held a press conference to introduce the construction of Shaanxi free trade pilot zone for four years. The reporter learned that since the opening of the market in April 2017, Shaanxi FTA has carried out in-depth institutional innovation around strategic positioning and development goals, which has played a leading and exemplary role in deepening reform and opening up of the province. By the end of March, 83528 new market entities were set up in Shaanxi FTA, including 57517 new enterprises and a new registered capital of 93.237 billion yuan.

Up to now, 165 pilot tasks specified in the overall plan of China (Shaanxi) free trade pilot zone have been fully implemented, forming 511 innovation cases, 21 of which are replicated and promoted in the whole country and 83 of them are replicated and promoted in the province.

The business environment has been continuously optimized. FTZ takes the reform of government functions as the "bull nose" to simplify administration, decentralization, combine management and optimize service, effectively reduce the transaction cost of institutional and constantly enhance the sense of enterprise acquisition. In 2020, the total number of pilot items covered by the reform of "separation of licenses" will reach 68000, benefiting more than 24000 market entities. Meanwhile, we will promote the in-depth integration of "one network access office" online and offline, and promote "no meeting approval" and "one thing one time" in a wider range, and take the lead in carrying out the business of "cross provincial and cross Provincial Communication and management".

The level of liberalization and facilitation of investment and trade has been constantly improved. In 2020, the pilot free trade zone has set up 88 foreign-invested enterprises, with actual utilization of foreign investment of 3.78 billion US dollars, accounting for 15.3% and 44.8% of the total province. The "single window" of international trade has promoted and applied 729 services of 18 categories of national standard edition, with the coverage rate of main business reaching 100%.

The characteristic and advantageous industries will accelerate the gathering. The pilot free trade zone has introduced 14 regional headquarters of China Eastern Airlines, with the airport economy scale exceeding 10 billion yuan; strengthening the superposed advantages of "free trade + comprehensive protection + cross-border", the linkage development of airport and land port, and the rapid formation of international trade channels; accelerating the construction of cross-border E-commerce comprehensive test zone, and the well-known cross-border e-commerce platforms have settled in succession.

And one belt, one road, economic cooperation and cultural exchanges have been continuously strengthened. The results of connectivity are fruitful. From January to March, China EU Chang'an has 879 trains, 1.4 times that of the same period last year. Meanwhile, international capacity cooperation has been deepening, and international agricultural exchange and cooperation has achieved remarkable results. Scientific and technological education cooperation has been expanding, cultural and tourism exchanges have been increasingly enhanced, and medical cooperation has been deepened.
