Bintangor Face Door Size Plywood is a kind of door plywood with bintangor veneer faced, which used for plywood door, flush door, interior door, exterior door, and entrance door.

1) Thickness 2mm,2.5mm,2.7mm,3mm,3.2mm,3.6mm,4mm,4.8mm,5mm, 5.2mm,5.5mm,6mm,7mm,8mm etc.
2) Width 600~1100mm
3) Length 1800~2200mm
4) Face/Back: bintangor,sapeli,okoume veneer face, hardwood back,or as required.
5) Core: Poplar,combi,hardwood.
6) Glue: E0,E1,E2.
Features
Ø The grade of door skin plywood can be from AAA,AA to BB, CC. Also the faces can be pressed according to the customers' requirement including bintangor veneer, red sandalwood veneer, ash veneer, birch veneer, teak veneer etc.
Ø The based core are also the A grade wood board which are finished after twice high pressure and temperature and sanded both two sides.
Ø It is easily to be cut into any size and the profile is the same good quality as the edges of the raw board.
Ø It is good to be sawn, nailed, drilled and without any delamination.
