Chicken bouillon / chicken sauce is a newer seasoning developed based on MSG, chicken essence and chicken powder. It is concentrated and very popular in Chinese Catering Market.

Add a spoon of chicken bouillon to marinade meat, fish or chicken for a while, the flavor go into the meat make the dish more delicious. Or you can add a little chicken bouillon along with salt when stir-fry dish to get a richer flavor.

Use for all kinds of soup, porridge, hot pot, pasta, rice noodle, soup base and seasoning, taste more yummy and lasting.
