ENERZIP EZ-MS Diesel Multistage Water Pumps are high-pressure diesel-driven pump sets designed for extreme head applications, long-distance water transfer, mine dewatering, boiler feed water, high-rise water supply, and industrial pressure boosting. This series covers 4 inch to 16 inch sizes and can reach heads up to 1922 m depending on model and duty point.
The EZ-MS Series uses multistage pump technology. Water passes through multiple impellers in sequence, and each stage increases pressure step by step. This serial compression structure allows the pump to achieve much higher head than a single-stage pump, making it suitable for projects wher vertical lift, long pipeline resistance, or high discharge pressure is the main challenge.
This series is commonly used for deep-pit mine dewatering, mountain water transfer, municipal booster stations, high-rise building water supply, industrial boiler feed systems, reverse osmosis feed pumping, high-pressure cleaning, and remote pipeline support.
High-pressure pumping creates strong axial thrust and mechanical stress. The EZ-MS Series can be configured with balance disc or balance drum systems, reinforced shafting, thrust bearings, and heavy-duty pump structures to improve stability during long-duration high-load operation.
ENERZIP can integrate the EZ-MS Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, or Weichai. Because multistage pumps may require high shaft power, engine selecion must consider head, flow, startup load, pipe resistance, duty cycle, ambient temperature, altitude, and service factor. For difficult high-head projects, a sufficient power reserve is important.
The pump set can be equipped with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta or Camel batteries, Sinrui radiators, Kailong or Welling exhaust systems, and DSE, ComAp, DEIF, or SmartGen controllers. High-pressure trip, discharge pressure monitoring, vibration monitoring, and safe-stop protection can be configured according to project needs.
