ENERZIP EZ-SL Diesel Slurry Water Pumps are heavy-duty diesel-driven pump sets designed for abrasive, high-density, and high-solids fluid transfer. This series covers 4 inch to 12 inch sizes and delivers flow rates up to 2333 m³/h, making it suitable for mining tailings, mineral processing, dredging, sand pumping, ash handling, sludge transfer, and industrial slurry applications.

Unlike clean-water pumps, slurry pumps must handle solid particles, high fluid density, abrasion, and sudden changes in load. The EZ-SL Series uses a wide-flow passage, heavy-duty impeller design, reinforced shaft, robust bearing assembly, and wear-resistant lining options to improve durability in difficult media.

The pump can be configured with high-chrome alloy liners or thick rubber linings depending on the slurry type. High-chrome alloy is often suitable for sharp mineral particles and abrasive sand. Rubber lining can be useful for certain corrosive or softer abrasive media. Correct material selecion should be based on particle size, particle shape, slurry concentration, pH value, temperature, and operating speed.

ENERZIP can integrate the EZ-SL Series with diesel engines from Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, or Weichai. Slurry applications require stable torque, not just peak horsepower. Engine selecion should consider slurry density, head, flow, pipeline resistance, startup load, solids concentration, and required torque reserve.

The EZ-SL Series can be mounted on ENERZIP reinforced heavy-duty chassis to handle vibration and mechanical stress during slurry transfer. It can also be configured with Delco Remy, Bosch, or Denso starters, Varta or Camel batteries, Sinrui radiators, Kailong or Welling exhaust systems, and DSE, ComAp, DEIF, or SmartGen controllers.

Typical applications include copper, gold, iron ore and coal mining, tailings transfer, sand dredging, harbor maintenance, power plant ash slurry, FGD gypsum slurry, steel mill slag flushing, municipal sludge pumping, and chemical waste pit remediation.
