ENERZIP ATSE Automatic Transfer Switches are designed for generator-based standby and emergency power systems wher safe, fast, and reliable power transfer is required. The ATSE Series automatically transfers electrical loads between the utility power source and the standby power source, such as a diesel generator set, when the main power supply fails or becomes unstable.
This series covers a rated current range from 80A to 3200A, making it suitable for commercial buildings, high-rise facilities, data centers, hospitals, telecom sites, industrial plants, public infrastructure, and generator-backed emergency power systems. It is designed according to IEC 60947-6-1 and GB 14048.11 requirements, providing reliable switching performance for critical and standby applications.
The main function of the ATSE Series is automatic dual power transfer. When utility power is normal, the load is supplied by the main source. When utility power fails, the system can start the generator and transfer the load to standby power after the configured delay. When utility power recovers and becomes stable, the ATSE can transfer the load back to the main source according to the return logic.
Safety is one of the most important parts of any ATS system. The ATSE Series uses mechanical and electrical interlocking to prevent two power sources from being connected at the same time. This helps avoid unsafe back-feeding, accidental parallel connection, and switching errors during operation or maintenance.
The ATSE Series can work with common generator control systems such as Deep Sea, ComAp, DEIF, and SmartGen. It can also be used as a standalone dual-power transfer device for simple utility-generator systems. For more advanced projects, status feedback, remote start signals, fault signals, PLC interface, SCADA connection, or BMS integration can be configured according to project requirements.
This product is suitable for applications wher power interruption may cause safety risks, production losses, data loss, or equipment shutdown. Typical critical loads include emergency lighting, fire pumps, elevators, medical equipment, telecom equipment, servers, control panels, security systems, pumps, and essential building systems.
The ATSE Series can be installed in rack-mounted, wall-mounted, or floor-mounted configurations depending on rated current, cabinet design, and site layout. It is suitable for both new generator projects and power system upgrade projects.
