ENERZIP EZ-PGC Paralleling Grid Connect Systems are intelligent low-voltage generator synchronization and power management systems designed to control multiple diesel or gas generator sets. The system manages generator synchronization, load sharing, grid connection, island operation, peak shavin, and automatic generator sequencing for complex power systems.
The EZ-PGC Series is suitable for data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, mining sites, oil and gas projects, commercial infrastructure, remote microgrids, renewable hybrid systems, and multi-generator power stations. It is designed for projects wher a single generator is not enough, or wher redundancy, scalability, fuel efficiency, and stable load management are required.
The system can support paralleling of up to 32 generator sets, depending on project configuration. Before closing the breaker, the controller automatically aligns voltage, frequency, and phase angle between generator sets or between generators and the utility grid. This helps reduce electrical disturbance, mechanical stress, and unsafe switching conditions.
One of the main functions of the EZ-PGC Series is load sharing. The system distributes active power and reactive power across online generators, helping each generator operate within a stable and efficient range. When load demand increases, additional generators can be started automatically. When load demand decreases, unnecessary units can be stopped to reduce fuel consumption and engine wear.
The EZ-PGC Series can support different operating modes, including Island Mode, Grid-Parallel Mode, Peak Shavin Mode, base Load Mode, Black Start, and load-based start/stop control. This makes it useful for both off-grid power systems and facilities that need to operate together with the utility grid wher local regulations allow.
ENERZIP can configure the system with proven controller platforms such as DSE 8610/8620, ComAp, or SmartGen. The switchgear can use high-breaking-capacity air circuit breakers from brands such as ABB, Schneider, or Siemens according to project requirements. HMI screens, RS485, Modbus TCP/IP, CANbus, PLC, SCADA, or BMS interfaces can also be configured for monitoring and integration.
The cabinet structure is built for industrial environments, using heavy-duty steel enclosures and T2-grade tin-plated copper busbars. Protection and interlocking logic can be designed to reduce mis-operation, back-feeding, unsafe breaker closing, and other system risks.
The EZ-PGC Series is not a simple electrical cabinet. It is the control layer of a generator power plant. Correct design requires understanding the generator models, alternators, load profile, grid rules, redundancy target, switching logic, and future expansion plan.
