For example, one belt, one road, is built on the basis of overseas Chinese culture, and the advantages of the overseas Chinese community at home and abroad are unearthed.

In order to promote cultural exchange and mutual learning, Cao Fei, associate professor of the school of international education of Hangzhou Normal University, proposed that foreign students can be used as the starting point to export Chinese culture and spread Chinese stories in their way.
