Innovation Building of High-Tech Development Zone: A national Sci-Tech Enterprise Incubator
Presently Linyi has established 25 national and 159 provincial Sci-Tech Innovation Platforms. Among the national platforms are Engineering Research Center and National Key Laboratory. With two national Science & Technology Enterprise Incubators established, Linyi thus has initially formed a technological innovative system for the industrial development. The newly-approved Linyi National and International Technology Transfer Center is in the list of 10 initially approved national and international technology centers.
In recent years Linyi has been dedicating to developing the national and international markets, and has succeeded in gaining the advanced technologies and expanded its partnership to more than 70 well-known universities and research institutes, which geographically cover a dozen of countries like Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Japan and India, etc.
To achieve leaps and bounds in its development, Linyi has stuck to the thematic work of building up a modern industrial system and prioritized its “10+6”industry program since 2013. The “10+6”industry program is intended for two goads. One is to speed up the improvement of the traditionally leading industries, which are: agriculture, metallurgy (building materials), machinery, logs, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, textile & apparel, commodity distributing & logistics, cultural tourism, and property industry (urban complex). And another purpose is to cultivate six new strategic industries, which are: new energy, energy preservation & environment protection, information technology, new materials, advanced equipment manufacturing and modern service industry.
