Linyi, Oct. 9, 2016 (Linyi China) – Reporter learned from Linyi Municipal Commission of Tourism Development tourist spots in Linyi saw a burgeoning growth of tourism during the recently ended National Day golden week. According to investigation report issued by Shandong Provincial Commission of Tourism Development, Linyi witnessed 5.356 million tourists and 3.08 billion yuan in tourism revenue, grew by 11.3% and 14.2% respectively compared to the same period of the previous year. Additionally, statistics released by commission of commerce and trade show a year-on-year growth of 10.9% in total sales of commodities, reaching 2.673 billion yuan. Food industry grew by 10.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.
