In order to further promote the transformation and upgrading of the wood industry in the city, on June 15th, the National Wood-based Panel Inspection and Testing Conference and the "National Wood-based Panel Standards Committee Standard Verification Workstation (Linyi Station)" award ceremony was held in our city.
With the theme of "Standards Leading Green Development", this conference was jointly sponsored by the National Wood-based Panel Standardization Technical Committee and the Linyi Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by the Wood Industry Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry and the Linyi Inspection and Testing Center. The conference invited famous experts and scholars in the domestic wood industry to give wonderful reports on the 5 new wood-based panel environmental protection requirements standards, wood and bamboo industry production and marketing chain of custody (COC) certification work, and industrial green development issues in 2021. The Wood-based Panel Standardization Committee Standard Verification Workstation (Linyi Station)" was unveiled. This is the first domestic standard verification workstation approved and established by the National Wood-based Panel Standardization Committee.
The conference not only pointed out the direction for the development of Linyi wood industry standardization, but also provided strong technical support for the improvement of Linyi wood industry product quality, industrial transformation and upgrading and green development. The meeting requested that inspection and testing institutions at all levels and wood industry enterprises should actively absorb new technologies, new products, and new methods, and make every effort to promote the development of the wood industry to green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.
