Recently, Linyi customs checked the food production enterprises that have carried out export filing in our city by accepting the third-party certification report.

During the verification, the enterprise only needs to issue the third-party certification certificate and the attached certification system standards, and does not need to prepare a large number of account books, documents and records for customs inspection. The credit third-party certification system is an important measure for Linyi customs to further promote the reform of "release, management and service", which reflects the customs management concept of credit management and classified management of enterprises. The customs shall audit the compliance of the third-party certification report and verification items, and exempt the verification of the same or similar terms. At present, Linyi customs has completed the third-party certification and verification pilot for 4 enterprises under its jurisdiction, involving 6 areas of animal and plant business and food business.

Next, Linyi customs will further promote the pilot reform of third-party certification and combine it with the reform of enterprise credit management and "online verification". For the verified enterprises with complete certification system and high credit rating, the customs will no longer go to the enterprise for on-site inspection, so as to further reduce the burden of enterprises, improve the verification efficiency, and standardize and support the healthy development of local foreign trade enterprises.
