According to Linyi Customs statistics, from January to August this year, the total value of Linyi’s foreign trade imports and exports was 92.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 47.5%. Among them, exports were 79.48 billion yuan, an increase of 51.3%; imports were 12.82 billion yuan, an increase of 27.3%; the trade surplus was 66.66 billion yuan, an increase of 57%.
In August, imports and exports amounted to 17.79 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62% and a month-on-month increase of 60.7%. Among them, exports were 15.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 61.3%, and a month-on-month increase of 65%; imports were 2.19 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.8% and a month-on-month increase of 35.2%.
As the two major growth poles of Linyi's foreign trade, market procurement exports were 35.99 billion yuan, an increase of 92.3%, accounting for 45.3% of the total export value, an increase of 9.6 percentage points; Linyi Comprehensive Bonded Zone imports and exports were 13.09 billion yuan, an increase of 181.4%. Among them, exports were 8.15 billion yuan, an increase of 478.7%; imports were 4.94 billion yuan, an increase of 52.3%.
