Linyi water quality released in February

   In February 2022, Shandong Linyi ecological environment monitoring center sampled and monitored the Andi reservoir and Xujiaya reservoir, the centralized drinking water source of Linyi city. After evaluation, 60 items of this water quality monitoring meet or exceed the class III water quality standard in the environmental quality standard for surface water (GB3838-2002).

    The monitoring points are Andi reservoir and Xujiaya reservoir, which are lake reservoir water sources. Monitoring points are set at 100m around the water intake for sampling. The sampling depth is 0.5m below the water surface. The whole process quality control is adopted for sampling, and the experimental monitoring data are controlled by parallel samples and quality control samples.

    It is understood that the surface water source is evaluated according to the environmental quality standard for surface water (GB3838-2002) (except fecal coliform and total nitrogen in Table 1, table 2 and table 3). The basic projects shall be evaluated according to the measures for environmental quality evaluation of surface water (Trial) (HB [2011] No. 22), and the supplementary projects and specific projects shall be evaluated by single factor evaluation method.

    According to the evaluation, 60 items of water quality monitoring at the outlet of Andi reservoir and Xujiaya reservoir in February 2022 meet or exceed the class III water quality standard in the environmental quality standard for surface water (GB3838-2002).

1. Centralized domestic drinking water source refers to the in-service, standby and planned water sources that enter the water transmission pipe network and are sent to users and have a certain water intake scale (the water supply population is generally greater than 1000 people).

2. The difference between centralized drinking water source and drinking water: the drinking water source is raw water, and the residents' drinking water is terminal water. After the source water is purified by the waterworks and meets the requirements of the hygienic standard for drinking water, it enters the residents' water supply system as drinking water.
