Yao Yunming stressed that we should highlight the key points, make accurate efforts, and quickly carry out strong actions to recruit big and strong. Departments at all levels should pay close attention to mature enterprises with strong investment, strong ability and market, based on the leading industries in Hedong District, take the listed enterprises and the top 500 as the top priority, and strive to introduce more flagship projects with large investment scale and strong driving force.
Yao Yunming requires that we should improve the mechanism, compact the responsibility, and quickly gather a strong force for great moves. All departments at all levels should be fully equipped with strong investment attraction forces, selec and dispatch elite and strong generals to enrich the investment attraction team, give full play to the experience advantages, resource advantages and network advantages of investment attraction consultants, and attract more large, good and strong projects for Hedong. We should strengthen the awareness of service in the whole process. For the projects recruited, we should focus on the whole process from docking, to commencement and then to production, wholeheartedly help solve the difficulties, go all out to speed up the construction progress, and ensure the rapid implementation, production and effectiveness of the project.
