At the following symposium, Wu Chuanliang reported in detail the current work situation, existing problems and future work plans of Linyi Comprehensive Bonded Area. Zhang Xing put forward targeted suggestions for the next construction and development of Linyi Comprehensive Conservation Area in pairs.
In his speech, Zhang Xingcheng pointed out that first, we should further clarify the functional orientation of the Comprehensive Conservation Area. It is necessary to focus on the actual development of Linyi's industries, figure out which industries are more suitable for development in the Comprehensive Bonded Area, give full play to the advantages of bonded, duty-free and other functional policies, and help the city's foreign-related industries develop and grow in the Comprehensive Bonded Area. Second, we should straighten out the system and mechanism. We should make overall use of all the resource elements of Yihe New Area, Economic Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Area, give full play to the nature of the comprehensive protected area as a highland for opening to the outside world, share investment attraction resources, and strive for more export-oriented industrial projects to grow in the comprehensive protected area. Third, we should make good use of policies such as cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone and market procurement trade model pilot, deeply study how to achieve linkage development with the provincial free trade zone, actively copy and promote functional policies that meet the needs of Linyi's industry, and share policy dividends.
