On October 30, the Linyi Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office organized members of the Free Trade Agreement Service Expert Group to carry out the "Foreign-related Comprehensive Business Policy Training in Enterprises" activity. Training was conducted for party and government agencies, mall operators, and relevant staff and practitioners in the foreign trade logistics industry throughout the city.
The first stop of the activity was arranged at the Linyi Wholesalers Federation, and more than 30 practitioners from mall operators, foreign trade enterprises and logistics industries participated in the training. Expert group member, the fourth-level director of the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Xun Xiuxiu, and the deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Translation Center, Zhuang Lei, respectively conducted special training on the RCEP origin policy and the basics and application of business Japanese. Xun Xiuxiu also gave a detailed interpretation and promotion of the credit brand certification business that the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade recently obtained from the National Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Participants said that they benefited a lot from this training. Enterprises will take this training as an opportunity to strengthen the research and study of free trade agreement policies and business foreign languages, and improve their foreign trade policies and language application capabilities in all aspects.
In the next step, CCPIT Linyi will work with other members of the FTA service expert group to carry out business training, keep a close eye on the needs and expectations of market entities, strengthen service capacity building, improve foreign trade companies' application of FTA rules, help expand the scale and increase the volume of foreign trade imports and exports, and better serve the city's overall economic and social development.
