Recently, Comrade Zhang Qiang, deputy secretary of the Luozhuang District Party Committee and head of the district government, led a team to Jinan, Dongying, Bazhou, Hebei, and Beijing to carry out investment promotion inspection activities to accurately connect high-quality enterprises and empower high-quality economic and social development in the region. Xu Tianyun, deputy director of the district government and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Luozhuang Economic Development Zone, accompanied the inspection.
In Jinan, the delegation had in-depth discussions with PowerChina Nuclear Power Company, exchanged cooperation ideas around urban renewal, environmental governance, high-quality residential construction and other fields, and jointly explored new paths for collaborative development. In Dongying, the inspection team reached a consensus on cooperation with Shandong Dongheng Guofian New Materials Co., Ltd. on the alumina fiber project. This company is the first in China and the third in the world to realize the industrialization of high-performance alumina fiber. The implementation of the project will effectively strengthen the new materials industry chain in our region and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.
In Bazhou, we held detailed consultations with Tianyi Furniture on the specific implementation of aluminum profiles and stainless steel furniture projects, and clarified project promotion nodes and cooperation details. In Beijing, we have successively contacted Professor Song Zhongxiao of Xi'an Jiaotong University on the industrialization cooperation of new ceramic materials and new stainless steel materials; we have initially contacted Unisociety for low-altitude economic industry projects, and the company stated that it plans to go to Luozhuang for on-the-spot investigation in the near future. This investment investigation closely follows Luozhuang District's development strategy of "Strong Industrial District and Revitalized Industrial District", focusing on key industrial fields such as new materials and high-end manufacturing, targeting industry leading enterprises and top scientific and technological innovation teams, continuing to strengthen the precise docking of "going out" and "bringing in" efficient services, and fully promoting the implementation of intended cooperation projects as soon as possible.
