Ma Xiaoguang said that this forum continues the theme of "expanding non-governmental exchanges and deepening integrated development", adopts the way of online and offline combination and centralized and decentralized combination, and arranges 41 activities in the four sections of forum conference and Youth Exchange, grass-roots exchange, cultural exchange and economic exchange, with 15 activities held in the same period.
