Pratt said when accepting the credentials of Yan Jiarong, the new Chinese ambassador to the Bahamas, in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, on the 9th that the Bahamas supports China's continuous prosperity and development, and thanks China for its valuable support for the Bahamas and countries in the region to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Yan Jiarong said that under the guidance of the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind, China will work with the Bahamas to strengthen the docking of the development strategies of the two countries, promote the quality and upgrade of practical cooperation between the two countries, and ensure the stable development of China-Bahamas relations. Yan Jiarong arrived in the Bahamas on the 5th of this month to take up his new post.
