The 2018 China (Hunan) International Rail Transit Industry Expo was held in Changsha on November 15. Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Lu Pengqi attended and addressed the expo.
Lu Pengqi said that with the Belt and Road Initiative being implemented, China's rail transit industry has continued to expand, and high-speed railway has become a bright sight for the Chinese manufacture industry as it has endeavored to develop globally. CCPIT will continue to support the export of China's railway equipment, services and standards, build more effective platforms for Chinese and foreign companies, create more opportunities for cooperation, and make positive contributions to an all-round opening up.
With the theme of “Changing the World with Rail Transit”, this year's Expo focuses on the achievements of China's rail transit industry, and comprises several special events such as the High-Level Forum on the Development Model of Urban Rail Transit and the “Belt and Road” Rail Transit Enterprises Fair.
