MOFCOM Launches Anti-dumping Investigation against the Imports of Barley Originating in Australia

Chinese Ministry of Commerce released announcement No.89 of 2018 on November 19, deciding to launch the anti-dumping investigation against the barley imported from Australia. The product’s name is Barley. It’s under item 10031000 and item10039000 according to Customs import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China. The investigation should end before November 19, 2019 if going smoothly, but may be postponed to May 19, 2020 in special cases.
