Sky City in Yishui
The Underground Ice Palace in the Sky City Tourist Area
The Sky City, located in Quanzhuang Town, Yishui County, is a national AAAA tourist area. Taking advantage of the peculiar landform of gu in Yimeng mountain area, the Sky City is centered around Jiwanggu and developed into six minor tourism areas. They are the viewing area of queer gu, the culture experience area, the folk custom experience area, the village playground area, the underground ice palace area, and the birds garden area.
At the beginning of the year 2012, an ancient grave of the Spring and Autumn Period on the top of the viewing area of queer gu was found and many relics were unearthed. The discovery of the gigantic bronze cauldron, bronze swords, and chariots and horses pits arose great concerns of the domestic archaeologists exploring the historical stories of the four kingdoms of Ji, Qi, Lu and Ju in the Spring and Autumn Period.
