Dubai World Expo holds China National Pavilion Day

  The China Pavilion Day of the Dubai World Expo was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on January 10. The wonderful cultural performances and exchange activities have once again made Chinese elements the focus of attention in the Expo site.

   At 10:00 local time (14:00 Beijing time), the national flags of China and the United Arab Emirates rose slowly in the dome square of the World Expo Park, and the official ceremony of the China Pavilion Day of the Dubai World Expo was officially launched. Ni Jian, Chinese ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Lim Hashimi, Minister of state for international cooperation and chairman of Dubai World Expo Bureau of the United Arab Emirates, and Sultan shamshi, Assistant Minister for international development affairs of the Ministry of foreign affairs and international cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, attended the meeting.

   In his speech, shamshi spoke highly of the exhibition of the China Pavilion. He said that one belt, one road initiative has made China and Arab countries increasingly closer to political, economic, cultural and technological exchanges in recent years. The two sides will deepen exchanges and cooperation in World Expo this year, and China Arab relations will open a new chapter.

   Subsequently, artists from China presented the China National Pavilion Day art performance for the Expo audience, and expressed the Chinese and foreign people's vision for a better life in the future through programs such as Beijing Opera and folk music "celebration and auspiciousness", violin solo "harvest Fishing Song", tenor solo "I and my motherland".

   In the evening, the China Pavilion also held the China National Pavilion Day art party and cheongsam party, which attracted a large number of visitors.
